Chandigarh: Haryana property owners and occupiers have been given a two-month window to pay property tax at rates prescribed under the 2013 notification, following implementation of the new property-tax system from August 1, 2026. The Urban Local Bodies Department said the option will remain available for two months from August 1, after which payments will have to be made strictly under the new notification.
